Cancellation Policy – Restroom Trailer Rentals
We know plans can change, but restroom trailers require advance coordination and scheduling. Due to limited availability and event planning needs, the following policy applies:
- 7 or more days before delivery: A $50 booking fee is kept. The rest is refunded.
- Less than 7 days before delivery: No refund. The full rental fee is non-refundable.
To cancel, email portopot@starrgeneral.com with your name, delivery address, and reason for cancellation. Emails can be sent anytime, but are reviewed during business hours.

Portable toilet rentals also require advance planning. Our cancellation policy is:
- 3 or more days before delivery: A $25 booking fee is kept. The rest is refunded.
- Less than 3 days before delivery: No refund. The full rental fee is non-refundable.
